What Would Stan Say?

Every waking moment, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, what would I say to you about how you're standing, how you're walking, how you're sitting?
- Unclench your jaw, relax your face.
- Relax your shoulders.
- Breathe slowly and deeply into your belly, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
- Bend your knees.
- Unclench your buttocks, relax your hips.
- Walk slower.
Start with these small, simple changes to your everyday existence, and they'll open the door for taijiquan to profoundly transform your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
