May 2010 Newsletter

Our apologies for skipping the April newsletter and the lack of blog posts, but we've been working on many exciting developments that have finally come to fruition. Read on...

Silk Reeling

Our new Chen taijiquan school website has been launched! Representing the teaching of Master Wang Haijun, Silk Reeling's Grand Opening will be in July. Stay tuned for more developments, including the class location.

Benson-Henry Institute

In March, Stanwood began his association with the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine with a Thursday morning taiji class. The Benson-Henry Institute is a joint venture between Mass General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.

Demand was so great, in April a second taiji class was added on Tuesday mornings. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with BHI.

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day

April 24 was World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, and luckily the New England spring weather cooperated to give us a beautiful, beautiful day. Stanwood and his students commemorated the day by holding class on the banks of the Charles River. Photos have been posted on our Facebook page, be sure to check them out!

On April 26, World Tai Chi & Qigong Day even made the homepage of CNN.com. Here's the link to the CNN iReport blog entry.

June Newsletter

Our June newsletter will return you to your regularly scheduled programming and regular format. Thanks for your patience!
